Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by EpicHostly ("we", "us", or "our"). EpicHostly is an unregistered business operating from India. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using EpicHostly's services (including Shared Web Hosting, Bot Hosting, and Minecraft Hosting), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We offer the following hosting services:

• Shared Web Hosting: Hosting for websites and web applications on shared servers.
• Bot Hosting: Hosting for Discord, Telegram, and other bots.
• Minecraft Hosting: Hosting for Minecraft Java Edition and Proxy servers (BungeeCord/Velocity).

All services are provided "as-is" without any warranty of uptime, performance, or suitability for a particular purpose.

You agree not to:

• Host illegal, infringing, or harmful content (including pirated software, malware, or phishing sites)
• Send spam, bulk emails, or engage in unsolicited messaging
• Mine cryptocurrency or run resource-intensive scripts without permission
• Launch DDoS attacks, port scans, or security exploits against our network or third parties
• Host content that violates Indian laws (IT Act, 2000; DPDP Act, 2023)
• Allow minors to access Minecraft servers without parental supervision

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violations.

All payments are one-time and non-recurring. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclude applicable taxes.

Refund requests are processed according to our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

EpicHostly is not a registered legal entity and operates as an informal business from India. We provide services on an "as-is" basis and disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

In no event shall EpicHostly be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or service interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We collect minimal data required to provide services (email, mobile number, and server details). Your data is stored on servers located in India and handled in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by Indian law.

You may terminate services at any time by deleting your account. We may terminate services with 7 days' notice for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment (if applicable in future)
• Legal requests from Indian authorities

Upon termination, data may be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in your city of residence in India.
