Refund Policy

EpicHostly is an unregistered business operating from India. This Refund Policy explains our stance on refunds for Shared Web Hosting, Bot Hosting, and Minecraft Hosting services.

1. General Policy: No Refunds

All payments are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Since we provide one-time hosting services (not subscriptions), and immediately allocate server resources upon payment, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or unused services
  • Technical issues caused by user error (e.g., misconfigured bots, Minecraft plugins)
  • Server downtime due to Minecraft/bot resource limits
  • Domain registration or third-party service fees

2. Exceptions: When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds are only possible in these cases:

  1. Service Failure: If EpicHostly fails to deliver the purchased service (e.g., server not provisioned within 24 hours), we will refund 100% of the payment.
  2. Legal Requirement: If Indian law (e.g., Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or DPDP Act, 2023) mandates a refund, we will comply with applicable regulations.

Note: Minecraft server crashes, bot restarts, or cPanel downtime do not constitute "service failure" under this policy.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund under the exceptions above:

  1. Contact support@epichostly.com within 7 days of purchase
  2. Provide proof of the service failure (e.g., screenshots, error logs)
  3. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

4. Child Safety & Minecraft

As required by Indian IT Rules, 2021, parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors' access to Minecraft servers. No refunds will be issued for child-related issues.

By purchasing EpicHostly services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
